BEFORE YOU RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

Log into your order page using your email. LOG IN HERE

Go to the order that you want to return.

Select the products you are returning. 

Wait for you'r return request to be accepted. 

-> 2 - When your return request is accepted. Send Return.

The items must be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and with your name (written on the package or on a note in the package) to the following address:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rienthelabel.com.

Return arrives later then 14 days?
If your return reaches us later than 14 days after you received the package, the refund will be issued as store credit/ shopping money to your Rien account instead of being refunded to your bank account.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

BEAWARE:

We, as Rien The Label, consciously choose that the return costs are for the buyer. In this way, the choice to purchase is made extra conscious. This is not an impulsive purchase but a conscious choice. Return shipments are environmentally harmful, keep that in mind.

THE RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • The items must be in their original condition and / or packaging, including label / card.

  • Articles may not have been worn / used.

  • We do not accept returns of items with make-up stains.

  • Swimwear cannot be returned (for hygienic reasons).

  • Jewelry cannot be returned (for hygienic reasons).

 

COSTS FOR REFUNDS

As a customer you are personally responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose. Lost returns will not be refunded without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code.

WHEN WILL THE SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED?

When you have paid shipping costs and return the entire order, we will refund these shipping costs as soon as this order has been returned to us complete. These shipping costs are a maximum of the shipping costs that you have paid for your order.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Please report your shipping problem to us within 10 days.
If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier at the shipping address, but not received by you, the claim must be filed within 10 days from the date and time the carrier marked the package as delivered. If the problem is not reported to us within 10 days, unfortunately we can no longer help you regarding the issue.

 

DISCLAMER

Rien The Label is not liable for damage or loss of a package during shipment. Rien The Label has the right if a product is not in stock to report this even if the order has already been paid. For this, another item can be selected or the amount can be refunded.
